Pedagogy Department

The department strives to promote teaching at the university, and focuses on the following aspects:

• Cultivating the staff's teaching skills through workshops on active learning and personal counseling sessions.
• Developing training programs that incorporate innovative teaching methods.
• Relating the learned content to the job market.
• Assisting in building syllabi.
• Assessing the overall teaching level at the university.
• Analyzing the teaching surveys' results.

The Head of Department position has not yet been filled and we are in the midst of recruiting.
