The COVID-19 crisis and the restrictions it brought led Bar-Ilan University to seek a reliable and fair platform that would allow exams to be held online. Thus, the use of the Tomax system was adopted. The system makes it possible to take online exams from home in a comfortable and safe environment while reducing the risk of copying.
Following the system's success, many other departments use the Tomax system today.
